Terms and Conditions of Use

These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms of Use”) set forth the terms and conditions for CoxCon 2018, put on by Cox Omni Media Expo Ltd. (the “CoxCon”, “Company,” “us,” “our,” or “we”) (the “Event”) and apply to you and any party you are registering for the Event.. By clicking “I Accept” below and/or by obtaining a ticket for the Event (a “Ticket”) you agree to these Terms of Use.

TICKET SALES AND TICKET TERMS OF USE

Each individual attending the Event must purchase a Ticket.  In order to purchase a Ticket, you must fully complete the registration information form provided by Company.  Tickets will be available for purchase until July 21, 2018, subject to availability and while supplies last. 

Unless indicated otherwise, Ticket prices include all applicable taxes and/or fees (if any).

By purchasing, accepting possession and/or using a Ticket, you are legally bound to comply with these Terms of Use. We reserve the right, at our discretion, to change, modify, add, or remove portions of these Terms of Use at any time. Please check https://www.coxcon.co.uk/ periodically for changes.

 

Violation of any of the Terms of Use will automatically terminate the rights granted to you pursuant to these Terms of Use, may result in revocation of your Ticket without prior notice, your Ticket may be deemed void, and you may be deemed a trespasser at the Event. All Tickets are the sole property of CoxCon. CoxCon may, in its sole discretion and at any time determined by CoxCon, cancel, revoke or refuse from any individual or company the following: Tickets, merchandise or any housing made through the CoxCon’s website services. CoxCon shall not be responsible for any penalty, fee, loss, or expense that might result from such action.

 

To the extent additional rules or guidelines affect your use of a Ticket, those rules and guidelines are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms of Use. By clicking “I Accept” below, obtaining a Ticket and/or attending the Event, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you should not purchase a Ticket and should not attend the Event.

 

Terms of Ticket Sales

In order to be admitted to the Event, you must complete the registration information provided by Company and present the original Ticket in its original, undamaged, unaltered form, to us at the appropriate time and upon request. Entry may be refused for various reasons as set forth in the General Rules and Information below, including misconduct, intoxication, etc., as determined by Company in its sole discretion.

 

You and your belongings may be searched upon entry into the Event, and you consent to such searches and waive any related claims that might arise against Company in connection therewith. If you elect not to consent to these searches, you will be denied entry into the Event without refund or compensation to you.

 

You assume all risk or danger incidental to the Event, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to, the Event.

 

No Refunds

Each Ticket is not subject to any refund, bears no cash value, and is not redeemable for cash except as specifically set forth in these Terms of Use. Each Ticket is not subject to exchange. Tickets obtained from unauthorized sources may be counterfeit and worthless. Tickets cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed; new tickets will need to be purchased for your continued access to the Event. It is unlawful to reproduce the Ticket in any form. Use of a Ticket by anyone other than the authorized individual with whom the Ticket is registered will result in revocation of the Ticket without any refund. Company reserves all rights not expressly granted to you by these Terms of Use.

Unused Tickets have no monetary value and cannot be credited to future years or events.

Cancellation of Event by Company

If the Event is cancelled by Company, you shall receive a full refund of the actual price paid for your Ticket.  No partial or full refunds will be issued for any other reasons or circumstances.

 

Transfer, Resale and Promotional Use of Tickets Prohibited

Tickets to attend the Event are exclusive to each registered individual, are non-transferrable and may be revoked at any time for any reason. Transfer, attempted transfer, resale or attempted resale of any Ticket issued hereunder is prohibited, and is grounds for seizure and cancellation without refund or compensation to you.  

 

The Ticket may not be used for any form of commercial or trade purposes, including, but not limited to, advertising, promotions, contests or sweepstakes. 

 

Admission

Event admission is subject to venue capacity and age restrictions in compliance with state and local laws. Age restrictions are specific to each venue. Children under the age of 15 must at all times be accompanied by a parent or other adult guardian.

 

GENERAL RULES AND INFORMATION

By purchasing a Ticket and attending the Event, you agree to comply with all of the following:

·         The Event will take place rain or shine, subject to prior cancellation by Company.

·         All guests and attendees are expected to behave in a manner that is courteous to other attendees, all presenters, volunteers and exhibiters, comply with all of these General Rules and Information and all other rules communicated to you by the Company.

·         All guests and attendees are subject to search upon entry.

·         Surrendered items are considered forfeited on entry. No items will be returned, regardless of what any staff member tells you.

·         Company is not responsible for any materials or belongings misplaced, lost or stolen. It is recommended that you do not bring valuable items. If you do bring valuable items, please bring security for these items.

·         Feel free to bring your own food and non-alcoholic beverages to the Event; provided, no glass bottles shall be permitted. 

·         Consumption of illegal substances or un-prescribed medications is prohibited at the Event and such behavior will automatically terminate the rights granted to you these Terms of Use, may result in revocation of the your Ticket without prior notice, your Ticket may be deemed void, and you may deemed a trespasser at the Event.

·         Minors may not consume alcohol at the Event and such behavior will automatically terminate the rights granted to the minor pursuant to these Terms of Use, may result in revocation of the minor’s Ticket without prior notice, the minor’s Ticket may be deemed void and the minor may be deemed a trespasser at the Event.

·         No glass containers of any kind, weapons (excluding simulated (prop) weapons accompanying a costume, subject to the below), knives (excluding simulated (prop) knives which accompany a costume), outside alcohol, non-prescription drugs, illicit drugs or drug paraphernalia will be allowed at the Event.  For purposes of clarity, no functional weapons will be allowed. 

·         No open flames.

·         No pets (excluding services animals) shall be allowed at the Event.

·         No hover boards or motorized scooters.

·         No smoking, including of E-cigarettes, shall be permitted within the Event facilities (“Event Facilities”). You are welcome to step outside the Event Facilities to smoke in designated smoking areas only, but please be considerate of others when you do.

·         You also agree to comply with any and all additional rules and information communicated by Company.

·         Simulated Weapons:

  • All simulated weapons which accompany a costume must be examined by and registered with CoxCon personnel prior to entry to the Event.
  • All costume props and weapons must conform to United States federal and United Kingdom law.
  • Projectile costume props and weapons must be inoperable.
  • Functional (real) arrows must have their tips removed and be zip-tied to a quiver. 
  • Costume swords must be tied to your costume in such a way that they can’t be drawn.
  • Any unregistered weapon will be confiscated and your possession thereof may result in termination of the rights granted to you these Terms of Use, may result in revocation of the your Ticket without prior notice, your Ticket may be deemed void, and you may deemed a trespasser at the Event.

Failure to comply with the above General Rules and Information, any terms of these Terms of Use and/or the following actions may result in one or more of the following: warning, termination of the rights granted to you hereunder, revocation of your Ticket without prior notice, determination of your Ticket as void, ejection from the Event and/or determination that you are a trespasser at the Event:

·         Irresponsible use of alcohol

·         Intoxication

·         Public nudity or obscene clothing

·         Accessing restricted areas

·         Taunting, abusive or disruptive language, obscene or offensive gestures, imagery or symbolism and/or behavior that is otherwise deemed offensive by the general public

The following actions will result in termination of the rights granted to you hereunder, revocation of your Ticket without prior notice, determination of your Ticket as void, ejection from the Event and determination that you are a trespasser at the Event

·         Urinating in public (anywhere other than a proper restroom).

·         Fighting or engaging in any action that may harm, endanger, threaten or bring discomfort to anyone.

·         Harassing presenters.

·         Engaging in sexual behavior in public.

·         Possession/use/sale of illegal drugs.

·         Damage, destruction, vandalism or theft of any property.

To the extent additional rules, guidelines or information affect your conduct at the Event, those rules, guidelines or information are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms of Use. By attending the Event you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you should not attend the Event.

ADDITIONAL TERMS

Minors

Minors under the age of 15 who purchase or who are provided a Ticket must be accompanied at the Event at all times by their parent or guardian who shall be responsible for the health, safety and conduct of the minor at all times.  IT IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARENT OR GUARDIAN OF EACH APPLICABLE MINOR TO SUPERVISE EACH APPLICABLE MINOR AND REQUIRE THAT THE MINOR COMPLIES WITH ALL RULES, REGULATIONS AND ORDINANCES WITH RESPECT TO THESE TERMS OF USE. 

Minors must not consume alcoholic beverages, illegal substances or un-prescribed medications, and if any minor is found consuming the same such behavior will automatically terminate the rights granted to the minor pursuant to these Terms of Use, may result in revocation of the minor’s Ticket without prior notice, the minor’s Ticket may be deemed void, and the minor may deemed a trespasser at the Event.

Authorization of Image and Likeness

You grant Company (and its affiliates, designees, licensees and assigns) the irrevocable right to film you at the Event and include your name, image, likeness, voice, actions, and statements in any live or recorded audio, video, film, webcast, stream, or other transmission, exhibition, distribution, simulcast, or reproduction made of, or at, or in connection with the Event and/or the Company (collectively, “Company Materials”) in any medium or context now known or hereafter devised for any purpose, including commercial or promotional purposes, without further authorization or otherwise, in perpetuity.  The Company Materials shall constitute a “work made for hire” within the meaning of the United States copyright law, specially ordered or commissioned for use by Company.  In the event any Company Material is deemed not to be a “work made for hire” under the United States copyright law, you hereby irrevocably grant, set over and assign to Company throughout the universe, exclusively and in perpetuity, all right, title and interest of every kind whatsoever, whether now known or unknown, in and to such Company Material. 

You also agree to allow the Company, and its assignees or licensee to use the Company Material in connection not only with the Event, but also in any advertising, marketing or publicity for the Company and its affiliates, and in connection with any ancillary products associated with the Company, its affiliates and/or the Event, without compensation, except as prohibited by law. 

You hereby irrevocably assign to Company (or irrevocably waive, in the event such assignment is not possible) any and all “moral rights” or similar law or rights.  You hereby waive any right of inspection or approval of my appearance or the uses to which such appearance may be put.  You acknowledge that Company will rely on the permissions granted herein and you hereby agree not to assert any claim of any nature whatsoever against anyone relating to the exercise of the permissions granted hereunder. 

You understand that Company shall have no obligation to actually use the Company Materials.

Event’s Intellectual Property

Company owns the trademarks, imagery, name, likeness, and trade dress of the Event (collectively, the “Event Intellectual Property”) and does not permit the use of the Event Intellectual Property by you or by any third parties. You agree not to make use of the Event Intellectual Property except for nominative fair use or with prior written permission from the Company.

Recordings and Photography

You may bring personal, non-commercial, photography and video recording devices into the Event and may use these devices to obtain still photographs and video recordings (collectively “Event Photographs”).

YOU MAY NOT MAKE ANY COMMERCIAL USE OF ANY EVENT PHOTOGRAPHS OR RECORDINGS WITHOUT THE PRIOR WRITTEN PERMISSION OF COMPANY. By way of example, commercial use may include, but is not limited to, posting Event Photographs on a website that sells a product, or displays any ads or sponsored links; using or causing Event Photographs to appear in any publication, magazine, serial, or book; using Event Photographs to sell, sponsor, or endorse a product; or using Event Photographs on any website that is or appears to be affiliated or associated with, or sponsored by the Event or the Company (including its affiliates, sponsors, vendors and/or designees). Company reserves the right to prohibit any use of Event Photographs which it believes is in violation of the Terms of Use. Company in its sole discretion may determine what constitutes a commercial use not permitted by the Terms of Use.

Unless otherwise expressly agreed to in writing by the Company, you hereby grant to Company the non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual right and license to exploit your Event Photographs by all means and in any media, including, without limitation, via reposting on to Company’s owned and operated social media channels and websites.

Reservation of Company’s Rights

Company reserves the right to refuse admission to or eject any person whose conduct or hygiene is deemed by Company, in its sole discretion, to be undesirable, including (but not limited to) disorderly or harassing conduct, use of vulgar or abusive language, or failure to follow Company or facility rules and directions as set forth in these Terms of Use or otherwise communicated during the Event. Undesirable conduct of any of the types expressly listed in these Terms of Use will automatically terminate the rights granted to you pursuant to these Terms of Use, may result in revocation of your Ticket without prior notice, your Ticket may be deemed void, and you may deemed a trespasser at the Event. The exercise of Company’s termination, revocation and ejection rights hereunder does not entitle you to a refund of the Ticket price or any other compensation.

Company reserves all rights not expressly granted to you pursuant to the Terms of Use.

Release of Liability, Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

YOU EXPRESSLY ASSUME ALL RISK AND DANGER ARISING FROM OR INCIDENTAL TO THE EVENT, WHETHER SUCH RISKS OCCUR PRIOR TO, DURING, OR SUBSEQUENT TO THE EVENT.  YOU EXPRESSLY RELEASE THE EVENT FACILITY, MANAGEMENT, COX OMNI MEDIA EXPO LTD., VENDORS, PARTICIPANTS, PERFORMERS, THE TICKETING AGENCY AND/OR TICKETING SERVICES PROVIDER, SERVICE PROVIDERS AND THEIR RELATED ENTITIES AND ALL OF THEIR PARTNERS, AFFILIATES, SUBSIDIARIES, LICENSEES, ASSIGNS, AND ITS AND THEIR EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, MEMBERS, SHAREHOLDERS, REPRESENTATIVES, CONTRACTORS AND AGENTS (collectively “COMPANY PARTIES”) FROM ANY AND ALL CLAIMS THAT YOU HAVE OR MAY HAVE THAT ARISE FROM OR ARE INCIDENTAL TO THE EVENT, INCLUDING ANY CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF THE NEGLIGENCE OF COMPANY PARTIES OR COMPANY PARTIES’ OWNERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, VENDORS, REPRESENTATIVES, OR AGENTS.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY PARTIES EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SAFETY, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, RELATED TO THE EVENT AND ANY AND ALL ELEMENTS AND ASPECTS THEREOF. 

YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT YOUR ATTENDANCE AT AND PARTICIPATION IN THE EVENT IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. ALL EVENT PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, WILL ANY OF THE COMPANY PARTIES BE LIABLE TO YOU OR TO ANY PERSON OR ENTITY CLAIMING THROUGH YOU FOR ANY LOSS, INJURY, LIABILITY OR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, INABILITY TO USE, OR RELIANCE ON ANY OF PRODUCT OR SERVICE PROVIDED TO YOU THROUGH OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE EVENT IN ANY MANNER OR NATURE WHATSOEVER. THIS IS A COMPREHENSIVE LIMITATION OF LIABILITY THAT APPLIES TO ALL LOSSES AND DAMAGES OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER, WHETHER DIRECT OR INDIRECT, GENERAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF DATA, GOODWILL, REVENUE OR PROFITS. THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY APPLIES WHETHER THE ALLEGED LIABILITY IS BASED ON CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY OR ANY OTHER BASIS; EVEN IF A COMPANY PARTY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF OR SHOULD HAVE KNOWN OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES; AND WITHOUT REGARD TO THE SUCCESS OR EFFECTIVENESS OF OTHER REMEDIES. IF ANY PART OF THIS LIMITATION OF LIABILITY IS FOUND TO BE INVALID, ILLEGAL OR UNENFORCEABLE FOR ANY REASON, THEN THE AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE COMPANY PARTIES UNDER SUCH CIRCUMSTANCES TO YOU OR ANY PERSON OR ENTITY CLAIMING THROUGH YOU FOR LIABILITIES THAT OTHERWISE WOULD HAVE BEEN LIMITED WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS.


SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES OR THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR CERTAIN TYPES OF DAMAGES. ACCORDINGLY, SOME OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
 

You acknowledge that you may have or may in the future have claims against us which you do not know or suspect to exist in your favor when you agreed to these Terms of Use and which if known, might materially affect your consent to these Terms of Use. You expressly waive all rights you may have under Section 1532 of the California Civil Code, which states: A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND THE CLAIMS WHICH THE CREDITOR DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN ITS FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE, WHICH IF KNOWN BY HIM MUST HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR.


IF THIS CLAUSE IS HELD TO BE UNENFORCEABLE IN WHOLE OR IN PART IN ANY JURISDICTION DUE TO RELEVANT LAWS, THEN IN NO EVENT SHALL COMPANY’S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID COMPANY DURING THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRIOR TO THE INCIDENT.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company Parties harmless from any and all liability, damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney’s fees and costs, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of a Ticket, participation at the Event, alleged violation of these Terms of Use, your negligence, recklessness and/or willful misconduct or infringement of a third party’s intellectual property or other rights by you.

Governing Law/Dispute Resolution

The interpretation, construction, validity, performance and enforcement of these Terms of Use shall be governed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, as if performed wholly within California and without giving effect to the principles of conflicts of law. Any dispute arising hereunder shall be resolved solely through binding arbitration conducted in Los Angeles, California under the Judicial Arbitration and Mediation Services (“JAMS”) who will adhere to the procedure established by JAMS (either the ‘Comprehensive Arbitration Rules’ for claims that exceed US$250,000, or the ‘Streamlined Arbitration Rules’ for claims that do not exceed US$250,000).  The parties hereby expressly waive any and all rights to appeal, or to petition to vacate or modify, any arbitration award issued in a dispute arising out of these Terms of Use. Each party hereby irrevocably submits to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts for the County of Los Angeles in connection with any petition to confirm an arbitration award obtained pursuant to this Paragraph.  The arbitration will be confidential and conducted in private, and will not be open to the public or media.  No matter relating to the arbitration (including but not limited to, the testimony, evidence or result) may be (i) made public in any manner or form, (ii) reported to any news agency or publisher or (iii) disclosed to any third party not involved in the arbitration.

Miscellaneous Provisions

If any provision of these Terms of Use is determined by a court of law to be unlawful, void or unenforceable for any reason, the other provisions (and any partially-enforceable provision) shall not be affected thereby and shall remain valid and enforceable to the maximum possible extent, and the invalid provision will be modified as necessary to make it valid and enforceable while as closely as possible reflecting the original intentions of Company. You agree that these Terms of Use and any other agreements referenced herein may be assigned by us, in our sole discretion, to a third party in the event of a merger or acquisition or otherwise. These Terms of Use shall apply in addition to, and shall not be superseded by, any other written agreement between us in relation to your participation as a contributor at the Event. You agree and understand that these Terms of Use together with any other applicable click-through agreements you may have entered into regarding our Site (defined below), constitutes the entire agreement between you and Company regarding the Event and all aspects in connection therewith, and that any other prior agreements between you and Company are superseded by these Terms of Use. Any failure by Company to exercise its rights under these Terms of Use or to enforce the terms hereof will not constitute a waiver of those rights. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the Event, the Event Facilities and/or use of our Site or relating to these Terms of Use must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.

PRIVACY POLICY

This privacy policy (the “Policy”) contains details regarding our practices and your choices relating to how we collect, use and disclose personal and other information about our Ticket-holders, guests, visitors and users.

You may provide information to us when you visit and/or use any of our online services or website located at https://www.coxcon.co.uk/ (“Site”) and/or when you purchase a Ticket for the Event (collectively with the Site, “Digital Services”).

This Policy is incorporated into the Terms of Use governing your use of any of our Digital Services and your purchase of a Ticket for the Event. Any capitalized terms not defined in this Privacy Policy will have the definitions provided in the Terms of Use. Through your use of any of our Digital Services and/or your purchase of a Ticket for the Event, you consent to the practices described in this Policy.

Information Collection and Usage

We may collect personal and other information about you when you use any of the Digital Services and/or purchase Tickets for the Event, as described below. “Personal Information” is information which can be used to distinguish or trace an individual’s identity, such as their name, mailing address, email address, photograph, birth date, etc. whether used alone, or when combined with other personal or identifying information which is linked or linkable to a specific individual.

We typically collect Personal Information and other data from you, and use that information in the ways set forth below and as otherwise set forth in this Policy or otherwise communicated to you from time to time (subject to your consent when required by applicable laws). Please note, any information collected under this Policy may be associated with other information about you, whether by us or a third party service provider.

Registration on the Digital Services

You may be able to register on our Digital Services to receive updates regarding the Event and similar features available to registered users. Please note, it may also be possible to register with other websites and services through links on our Site, and in such cases, this Policy does not apply. If you register on our Site or otherwise purchase a Ticket for the Event through Company, we collect Personal Information such as your name, email, address and any other Personal Information required on the registration form. We primarily use this information to manage and correspond with you about the Event, send you information and newsletters related to the Event, and for other matters described in this Privacy Policy.

Contacting Company Through the Digital Services

You may contact us with questions about the Event. Any information you provide through our Digital Services or over the telephone will be used in the context of resolving your request or answering your inquiry, or to provide additional information related to that inquiry. We may also use your information as described in this Privacy Policy.

Making a Purchase

Our Digital Services may enable you to buy Tickets for the Event. Some purchases on our Digital Services are handled directly by the Company or its vendors and others are managed and processed by a third party service provider. We or third party service providers may collect Personal Information when you make purchases through our Digital Services, by telephone, or at the Event. If you are purchasing Tickets through third parties on our Digital Services, some or all of your purchase may be processed by a third party, Tickets may be issued and managed by that third party, and your Personal Information will be subject to the policies of that third party.

We or the third party service provider use purchase information in order to administer, manage and correspond with you about your purchase.  You will also be subject to the terms and conditions of any third party service provider used by Company.

Automatic Collection When Accessing Digital Services

Our Digital Services automatically collect certain information from you when you use them. For example, some of our Digital Services may use cookies and other similar tracking technologies to provide essential features and improve your experience when using our Digital Services (see below for more information). Additionally, through our Digital Services, our servers or networks may collect your device’s IP address and other device or network information, such as your screen resolution, OS version, browser version, and certain identifiers. We use this information to help ensure that our content is displayed properly, so that we can understand how, where and which devices access our Digital Services, and to improve the quality and delivery of our Digital Services.

We may log click-stream or similar data for purposes of system administration, to improve our Digital Services, to report aggregate information to advertisers, and other uses related to the Digital Services. Click-stream data is information collected when you request pages from our Digital Services, and may include information such as the page served, the time, the source and type of browser making the request, the most recent page view, what you clicked on in order to arrive at our Site, and other non-Personal Information. However we may sometimes receive your email, or the last 4 digits of your credit card (for confirmation purposes), or other Personal Information provided during a purchase from the company through which your transaction was processed.
