What is a Stand booking?

A Stand booking is the premium option for selling your products or demoing what you have to offer to the attendees.  These consist of a made to order Shell Scheme booth, power and networking package.  

If you would like to book a simpler Dealer table to sell merchandise from, please visit the DEALER TABLES section instead.

Q: What does a dealer block look like?
A Shell Scheme stand is normally at least 3m wide, and 2 meters deep.  They are ideal for more elaborate sales/demo setups.

Q: Can anyone book a Stand?
Anyone can book a stand. As long as your products fit the theme of our show, are legal to sell in the UK to the public attending & all regulations regarding the sales of good & services, either based in law, or CoxCon policies, you can have a stand at one of our events. Please be aware that there are additional restrictions on products of an adult nature, weapons and foods and we strongly recommend anyone who wants to sell these types of products at out events to contact us before booking.

Q: Can I bring my own stand/Frame?
Yes, please contact us prior and make us aware.  If you do not tell us in advance you will be charged for the unused booth frame provided. 

Q: Do I get chairs with my Stand booking?
No, as stands are built to the needs of the exhibitor, we do not assume you will want chairs.  If have need for chairs on your stand, please make this apparent during the booking process.

Q: Can I use my own grid wall / clothes rails?
Yes you can use your own grid wall/clothes rails, as long as you stay within your area.

Q: Is there a height restriction?
Yes, any display that exceeds 3m high must be notified in advance.

Q: Can I have stock delivered directly to the venue?
Yes but please contact us for more information.

Q: How many dealer wristbands come with my booking?
Stands are given 3 wristbands.  If you should require more, please make this apparent in the booking process.

Q: Can I buy more dealer wristbands?
Yes – they are available at the time of booking, alternatively contact exhibit@coxcon.co.uk to add them later on.

Q: If i add table to my stand, do they include table covers?
Yes, all bookings that include tables all come with a black cloth cover included.

Q: If something gets stolen or broken am I covered on CoxCon insurance?
No you would not be covered on CoxCon insurance. You will have to arrange your own insurance cover.

Q: I changed my mind and want to cancel my booking, can I get my money back?
No, all booking are final and non-refundable.
