Purchasing a ticket to CoxCon 2017 grants you complete access to the entire event within the times shown on your ticket. Your ticket includes:
Tickets are available to purchase online only here
No tickets will be available on the door. This is to make sure we do not go over capacity and to keep you all safe.
All of our tickets are e-tickets and will be sent to you via your chosen email address as a PDF attachment.
Our entry system for the shows all operate on barcoded tickets. You will need to be able to print your ticket to bring to the show or display it on a compatible phone or tablet display.
Please check the junk mail of your email provider first. If you still cannot find your tickets send your booking reference number and the name and email address the tickets were booked under to email@example.com

Tickets cannot be resold as is stated in the terms and conditions.
All tickets are non-refundable as is stated on the terms and conditions of your ticket.
Show tickets are non-refundable and, although we apologize for the inconvienience you cannot see your favourite star, there is still a lot to enjoy around the show floor.
Guests participate in panel, autograph and photograph sessions. Check in the show guide when it gets published online to find out the places and times of where your favourite guest will be.
We do try to keep in mind all requests for special guests. Please keep in mind that many guests have busy schedules and may not be able to attend.
Event opening times will be announced along with the panel schedule nearer to the event.
Yes. We recommend you bring lots of water and you are allowed to bring in your own snacks and sandwiches.

No. We are unable to offer cloakroom facilities during the event.
Yes, there will be cash points available in the venue and some may incur a small charge. We do recommend you bring cash with you to avoid queues.
TIC catering may provide alcohol. If you choose to drink please do so responsibly. Any inappropriate behaviour will result in you being asked to leave the event.
Yes. Please do bear in mind that our events do get very, very busy and the show floor can be difficult to manoeuvre. You can check with the venue for access.
If you require your carer to attend with you, then they will not be required to have a ticket.
Applications for volunteering has now closed. Please keep in mind we have overwhelming interest in volunteering and limited spots.
Yes! Please do be aware that certain stage events may contain strong language. We require any children under the age of 16 to be accompanied by a ticketed adult.
Any child under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult (18+). Children 16+ do not require to be accompanied but are required to have a completed parental consent form which is linked to on the ticket confirmation.

Yes. Several CoxCon staff will be filming and taking photographs throughout the event. It is within the terms and conditions of your attendance that you may be filmed.
Yes. Please do ask permission first from anyone you would like to video or photograph and respect their wishes if they decline.
No video recording is permitted inside the stage area. If you are seen to be recording the stage, you will be asked to leave the event. Photography is permitted.
