What is a Dealer/Sales Table?
A Dealer/Sales Table is a single 6 foot (1.8m) wide x 2 foot (0.6m) deep table (Unless you book an optional backing table) that you sell or display products from. You can book as many Dealer tables as you like.

Q: What does a dealer block look like?
Standard dealer tables are provided with a table and a chair. The tables are either positions in a row along the perimeter or in a block which generally consists of 10 – 12 tables. Each dealer location is assigned its own space to ensure that there are sufficient exits and operational space. If you wish to be placed in a corner/specific orientation, please contact us, we are happy to have a chat about getting you set up in a way that best suits you.
Q: Can I become a dealer?
Dealer tables are open to a wide variety of people. As long as your products fit the theme of our show, are legal to sell in the UK to the public attending & all regulations regarding the sales of good & services, either based in law, or CoxCon policies, you can be a dealer at one of our events. Please be aware that there are additional restrictions on products of an adult nature, weapons and foods and we strongly recommend anyone who wants to sell these types of products at out events to contact us before booking.
Q: What is the size of a dealer table?
The size of a table is 6ft (1800mm) x 2ft (600mm), and the height is 2ft 5in (730) mm.
Q: Can I bring my own tables?
Yes, please contact us prior, so you do not get charged for us to provide them. If you do not tell us in advance you will be charged for the unused tables provided.
Q: Do I get chairs with my Dealer table booking?
Yes, you get 2 chairs included per dealer table slot booked. If have need of more than these two chairs, please contact us prior to booking.
Q: Q: What is a backing table?
A backing table is a second table equal in size to your main table which is placed behind doubling your sales surface space from 6 x 2ft to 6ft x 4ft (This table can only be used behind your main table)
Q: Can I use my own grid wall / clothes rails?
Yes you can use your own grid wall/clothes rails, as long as you stay within your area.
Q: Is there a height restriction?
Yes, any display that exceeds 3m high must be notified in advance.
Q: Can I have stock delivered directly to the venue?
Yes but please contact us for more information.
Q: How many dealer wristbands come with my booking?
# of tables + 1. For example: 1 table 2 wristbands, 2 tables, 3 wristbands etc.
Q: Can I buy more dealer wristbands?
Yes – they are available at the time of booking, alternatively contact firstname.lastname@example.org to add them later on.
Q: Does my booking include table covers?
Yes, all bookings that include tables all come with a black cloth cover included.
Q: If something gets stolen or broken am I covered on CoxCon insurance?
No you would not be covered on CoxCon insurance. You will have to arrange your own insurance cover.
Q: I changed my mind and want to cancel my booking, can I get my money back?
No, all booking are final and non-refundable.
